Description

• Responsible for budgeting and controlling spending for large Fortune 500 semiconductor manufacturing operation. Includes developing quarterly and annual expense, capital & staffing budgets.
• Work with Mfg staff to facilitate continuous improvement efforts in areas including spending visibility, spend reductions and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare monthly close entries. Provide periodic reporting and ad-hoc analysis inclusive of data gathering, trending and metrics for cost center managers and Mfg Staff.
• Collaboratively participate on cross organizational teams to drive leverage via improvement of companywide processes that impact the Mfg Organization
Qualifications

Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance without Experience or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance plus a minimum of 2-5 years of related and progressive work experience.

Proficiency in MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables, and macros) a must. Oracle Essbase, SAP, VB and QlikView knowledge a plus.

Must have strong analytical skills, excellent communications skills, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Seeking a candidate that demonstrates appropriate level of autonomy in setting direction and taking responsibility for achieving results, who proactively identifies issues and can recommend effective solutions within area of expertise.
