They lost faith in him, not because he's not a good coach, but they thought they had assembled the best team that money could buy and Monty was holding them back. Turns out it wasn't Monty, it was the collection of players they assembled.

This trend will continue until power shifts back a little from 99% players 1% owners to something more reasonable. I don't suspect this change will happen until after Silver is gone.

Darvin Ham is the next scapegoat to the dipshit players playing GM.

The organizations that have resisted this urge the most are doing the best. It looks like Milwaukee couldn't help themselves and may be trending down that path. But Denver looks to be in it for the long haul. Same with the TWolves, and dare we say it, the Knicks.
