They had a 65-60 lead with 3.5 minutes left, but UNC scored the final 12 points.
Defender moved into the UNC player and then it looked like the UNC player kind of chucked him.
I would have called it a block myself.
On the replay, it looked like the MSU player's feet were set. Even if his feet were not set, the UNC player raises up his forearm and pushed the defender.
...either. That much contact has to draw some kind of whistle, though.
