Linder will compete for individual Saber after finishing first in Pool play, losong only one bout.

Lacaze had a good outing and finished 7th but lost both head to heads with Harvard for a 4 point swing.

In Foil (still ongoing) Chen is tryinv tobhold on to a medal position (currentlin in 3rd). Olivares was unable to replicate his 3rd place from last year and is currently in 10th.

In Epee Hamilton-Meikle looks to keep his medal position (3rd, 2 bouts remaining) while Matveev continues to struggle and will likely finish 18th (1 bout left) with only 7 or 8 of 23 wins.

Just a few Olympians short. *

If Muhari could have stayed in school this year instead of having to join the Hungarian team mid-year, we could have won it all. She likely would have replicated her 19 victories from 2023 which would have given us enough victories for the National Championship again.

Edit to add: The team wins as a team and loses as a team. All of our fencers battled valiantly. There are always many "ifs" that could have resulted in a victorious year. It was an amazing feat to qualify 12 fencers and then to be within 8 bouts of a very strong Harvard squad was a great result to the year.
