Money to spend? He started the winter transfer period saying "we need to bring in three players" and he has tons of money from Van Persie, Nasri, Song, and Cesc sales. Then, he picks up one guy.
Its no fun to bring Ebenezer Scrooge to Vegas.
Arsene's day is DONE. Ten years ago, he could "out-scout" the other teams and buy up promising talent. Today, he hems and haws and can't pull the trigger on obvious targets. Enough with him already. He's turned the Arsenal into a mid-table team without a superstar.
Then again, he thinks coming in fourth is "like winning it all" and getting a Ramsey or a Wilshire back from injury is "like a new signing".
