I took a couple hours off of work so I could watch that match yesterday. I was rewarded beyond my wildest dreams.
Germany truly looked like they were only there to get Podolski a goal and call it a day. They were taking it even more lightly than they normally take friendlies.
And if England's strategy moving forward is Vardy at striker (with no Kane available), they are fooked. Forking it over the top may work against Hull in the PL, it's not going to fly in WC qualifiers.
Shit, Hummels was only running enough and only when he really had to yesterday, and Vardy got in behind - on side - one time I think.
