REUS!
by baloo88 (2016-12-07 16:38:52)

Real Madrid led 2-1, and Marcelo had the ball on the left wing. Mor picked his pocket, and two passes later (Mor -> Aubameyang -> Reus), Madrid were picking the ball out of the net, lamenting the many chances they missed on the road to squandering their two-goal lead.

2-2 BVB. Dortmund win the group. Marco Reus returned from injury a couple weeks ago, but tonight was the first time it really felt like he was back. Happy to see you again, Marco!

Hope Weidenfeller sees only Pokal matches...

But to play Weidenfeller. He's definitely lost a step, but I can't blame him for either of the goals today.

Ah...

By the way, the late challenge in the PA was definitely a penalty. Should have been called, zero attempt to play the ball and a driving shoulder. Doesn't really matter, though.
