There is no way that current MLS owners would be open to a PRO/REL system as a result.

I got the impression that they are not very interested in expanding the league at this time but would, in the future, like to get something going with the Mexican leagues.

The last round of expansion only fetched $100 million. I don't think they're getting $200 million.
