Would be an Alzheimer's drug that worked but required multiple doses. There's no way you could limit drug access politically, and the company offering it could charge through the nose.

It's hard to say what happens here, but if we don't set up some price negotiation mechanism it's going to create a lot of issues. I could see medicade/medicare requiring more comorbidities (diabetes plus kidney disease) to get access so the cost/savings is closer to even.
