But again, let's not enable the type of thought that there is only a finite amount of coaches at Kelly's disposal. If he's not willing to hire them (or change his ways) then he (and Swarbrick) need to be accountable for that. There are plenty of coaches out there.
virtually impossible; to be top dog and have a subordinate telling you what to do (i.e. OC telling HC). But in life, the most successful are those who surround themselves high value assistants, and take into account all the input that's derived; from whence comes (hopefully) good decisions.
