Rivals has him as the #57 player in the country. 247 has him as the 231st best player in the country, ESPN ranks him as the 140th best, and On3 doesn’t rank him. Just watching his Hudl game film he looks very instinctive and has a really good nose for the ball

I suppose the older guy in his twitter commitment graphic/photo is probably his Dad, but until proven otherwise I am going to assume based on the mustache that it is comedian Shane Gillis, who is also from PA and a huge ND fan, because that would be objectively funny .
Edit: Oh no, that's Shane Gillis. The group photo is clearly taken from one of Sacca's visits to ND. My new favorite ND recruit.
