running a pro-style offense with no problem. Zaire is more of a runner and would, I think, struggle in a pro-style offense. The other three have the accuracy and arm strength to play in such a system. They just need to be put into such a system. Golson's "decision making" issues and turnover issues wouldn't be issues if he were running an offense that both he and the rest of the offensive players could consistently execute instead of whatever it is they're currently being asked to run.
