Some things both have in common.

- Both are in the North Central part of the US.
- Both won championships in 1946, 1947, and 1949 (AAFC for the Browns).
- The first championship for each team was won by a legendary coach (Rockne, Brown).
- Both have not won a championship in decades.
- Bob Golic played for both teams.

I'm sure there are other commonalities.
