I think aversion to his offense because the QB isn't under center the majority of the time is ill-founded, if that is what your position is. His variety of the spread is much more similar to Mullen's, Malzahn's, or Meyer's than Kelly's chuck and duck variant. And if you don't think his preference for tempo doesn't make it difficult for teams to deal with his offenses than you haven't watched much of his teams' games.
