Most NFL football folks know that it is more about PR than substance. It is barely a barometer and people see what they want to see. Everyone comments on Te'o running a 4.8 but very few comment on a two SEC guys, running equally slow (Minter) or surprising slow (Ogletree).
As we'll know, hope spring eternal. But overall, everyone performed about where they were expected to. Only mock draft geeks thought Te'o was going to run near 4.6 as some suggested. I like Motta but you have got to be brain dead to see him as the "poor man's Harrison Smith."
There will be more tests and more game film review. All in all, the combine is just a show.
