and he has to grow into the position to ever be as good as Riddick was.
I learned what a clutch player Riddick is this past season. That is something to value in an athlete. ND would not have gone undefeated if Riddick hadn't squiremed and stretched with all his might on some very important plays.
Woods was faster too but you sometimes wondered if he used all his talent; something you never wondered about Riddick. I'm not saying Woods didn't try, just that Riddick seemed to go the extra mile.
