Longo's job is to get the guys ready to play on Saturday's in the fall; he did a good job of that this year from all accounts.
It is disappointing that our guys are not running/lifting better but I don't think we should all feel the need to burn down someone else's house just because ours isn't looking so good now.
Timing and testing is on the players, not on Longo or Kelly. If Kelly doesn't win enough games, Longo will be gone. If Longo doesn't get the players to their maximum strength/endurance/whatever, Kelly won't win enough games.
