However, if you read the scout comments on the so-called top 18, you'll see that they find something wrong with practically every player. I think they doing CYA in case the player doesn't pan out. I have read a lot of these comments over the years and the general "Yea, but" comments haven't changed much. (They did drool over Andrew Luck.)
