Day, Cage and Riggs are far from 100%. The biggest issue with the 3 that are out is two of them cover the middle of the field on defense and don't really have competent backups to play, so against a team that runs 69% of the time that's weakness against strength.

On the offensive side, I think Lombard was playing injured all season and a RT with a bad ankle is not going to do much for you -- can't pass block the edge well and can't drive block for runs. His backup may be worse when compared to a health Lombard, but Lombard hasn't been healthy the entire season.
