In the past thirty years they've made one good hire at head coach.
1. They are still under the misconception that a great coach looks at Notre Dame as the ideal job.
2. They still think they can pay $2 million a year to 'lure' a great coach to Notre Dame
3. They are willing to pay Willingham and Weis well after their awful performances.
Imagine a publicly traded stock with this kind of performance. It's shit and the stock price would reflect it.
Jenkins, Affleck-Graves, the BOT and Swarbrick are all under the delusion of #s 1 and 2 above. Until they open their eyes and understand NCAA Division I football is the big time, we'll continue to have a shitty football team.
