The good news is for 2016 the QB will be ready to roll. The bad news is a lot of the other offensive starters will be new in 2016, so that also will be a transition year. Good news is in 2017 we will have many offensive starters back again. Bad news is we will have a new QB again for 2017, so naturally we can't expect a big year that year. By 2018 the offense will be loaded with experienced QB and other starters. However, the defense will have a lot of new starters, so it will not be able to stop anyone -- like 2014. Thus 2018 is also a transition year.
2019 will be the year -- except we lose some offensive starters again that year, so it would not be realistic to expect much that year. 2020 certainly should be the year where it all comes together for Kelly. 11 years in is the bare minimum to get the stars aligned.
