1. ND can still be very attractive to RBs and OL -- less mileage/wear and tear can be a benefit in the Draft.
2. OL tends to be a "self-selector" position for ND. Which is one reason to think ND would benefit from a scheme that better-utilizes an elite OL.
#1 seems like a stretch.
