I read an article a few years ago written about someone that played against ND in Lou's heyday. The details are hazy, but I think he went to Stanford and was a DL or LB. Anyway, he said that he would line up across from our O line, and they would tell him "Hey #92 (or whatever it was), we're running at you." He said that at first he thought they were trying to fool him until they did exactly what they said and knocked him on his ass. He then described how it became increasingly demoralizing as the game went on. I wish that I had saved that article.
