college or pro, in protecting its trademarks. Try to print and sell a red t-shirt with the word "Ohio" on it and that may be enough to earn a cease and desist letter from their attorneys. I can't help but root for them to get a taste of their own medicine.

As an aside, I've dealt with Speilman's attorney before. He's a good guy. He was in the news a few years ago when he defended one of the accused Steubenville HS football rapists.
