And with the players on the Bengals right now, does anyone really think they'll care one iota about Manti's issues?

The Bengals might go for Ogletree, though (they probably don't care about his troubles either). So I'd expect either the Vikings or Colts to grab him. They both need linebackers. If for some strange reason none of them take him, the Texans would be absolutely crazy not to.
