Cheekiness aside, there's very little certainty about his draft position right now. Some of the talking heads have said his interviews will be important, and to some extent that's true, but the biggest determinant of where he'll land will be his 40 time. If he can run about a 4.6 he'll probably be drafted somewhere in the low teens, and if he runs slower he'll drop accordingly. Unless he does performs off the charts at the combine there's no way he'll go in the top 10 picks (and there never really was, which is more a function of his position than of him). Don't put too much stock in who's slated to pick where, either - too much of a chance of draft-day movement this year, I think, especially when the top end is a lot less clear-cut.

For reference, here's a link to NFL.com's mock draft central page. They have mock drafts from six analysts who project Te'o anywhere from 8th (crazy) to out of the first round (batshit crazy). His most frequent projections (across these and other mock drafts) seem to be 19th to the Giants or 21st to the Bengals.
