Get a high profile coach or athlete to do it. Like Jimmah, Stabby Ray, or nose-candy Michael. Then they can accuse the media of running an oh-so-unfair witch hunt.
After that, they can have some half-assed fundraiser, keep faking the funk, and act like they're the real victims in all this.
Once they do that, the punishment will be nothing, really.
