When this takes effect, who knows. I doubt that they will cancel any games that have already been scheduled.

Barry Alvarez is quoted as saying "The non-conference schedule in our league is ridiculous." The irony is that, even among Big Ten schools, Wisconsin has had one of the weakest non-conference schedules.
