Things have reached the point that my SC friends are no longer even trying to argue. They are convinced that the program is rotting from within under Haden and Kiffin.
Former players and recruits voiced their disgust this weekend when Kiffin fired the only former Trojan on the staff. Apparently, the assistant was in charge of RBs and was Isaac's lead recruiter. Three days after signing Isaac tweeted that he is "disappointed".
My SC buddy thinks the program will have their hands full keeping their 12 man recruiting class eligible. Two of their lineman recruits got h.s. diplomas without ever sitting in a classroom. One of them (Bigelow) just did an interview explaining that "cartoons and pretty much anything on Nickelodean" is how he spends his time off the field. A safety recruit had an SAT of 900 (roughly the 3rd percentile) and somehow posted a 4.0+ GPA. The state of Florida is beginning an investigation of fraud pertaining to the football program at his school.
