I know we signed 28 under Weis, but he did early enrollment on the extra guys to keep us at 25 that counted against the 2006 class, while it maxed out our 25 for the 2005 class. Did Georgia sign (or keep) only 18 guys in their 2012 class? If not, then they have to cut/greyshirt some guys to get back within the rules, and that would still be oversigning.
