Georgia played with fewer than 70 scholarship players last year - this class will bring them back to 85. This is similar to Weis' 28-man class in 2006, which brought the team much closer to a full complement after Willingham's disastrous roster management.

Alabama signed 26 and will have to cut players (something like 12 or 13) in order to get back to 85. THAT is oversigning.
