weed is legal? I mean besides have worse teams, will there be drug testing?

are actually legal to purchase and use for every day people but are considered some sort of performance enhancer for athletes and/or are negotiated during collective bargaining as a "banned substance." Now, I don't think pot is a performance enhancer but if it is a banned substance than whether or not it is illegal is irrelevant; if it is a banned substance and someone tests positive for it, they should face discipline.

Note: I do not know if pot is a banned substance or if there is a penalty associated for smoking pot at any of the professional or NCAA levels.
