Looking to help a Quant land a job

One of my closest friends, who comes from a quant background (M.A. in financial engineering) in asset management, is currently looking for a job that requires quantitative expertise and knowledge (perhaps in either financial services, risk management consulting, or asset management). He will also need a H-1 visa sponsorship to work in the US. Please kindly advise. Thank you.
