My company is looking to hire a Marketing Director and a Client Services Director, if interested, or if I can help with some more information shoot me an email. I won't be doing the hiring, but can put a resume on the top of the right pile. Descriptions follow:

Director of Marketing and Communications
What you’ll do
Develop and implement an integrated online/offline marketing program to drive awareness and demand for new and existing products and services.
In Real Life
• Manage brand messaging and communications across all channels
• Create and execute marketing strategy for seminars, events, and speaking engagements
• Design and develop internal and external presentations, print materials, and other marketing collateral for sales and communications strategies
• Develop and track qualitative and quantitative Key Performance Indicators based on company benchmarks
• Devise and implement a public relations strategy for regional and national outlets
• Provide market research and competitive analysis reporting
• Develop and manage company best practices for marketing messaging
On the Interwebs
• Keep the company website fresh and up-to-date by managing site content, including blog posts, articles, white papers, news, and news letters
• Devise, implement, and oversee the company’s social media strategy (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
• Manage SEO and PPC vendors when applicable
Why We’ll Like You
• Degree in Writing, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent experience, with:
o A minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, and
o A minimum 3 years of experience in B2B-focused web marketing activities
• Ability to oversee and develop direct report(s) in order to create a high-performance team
• Superior writing skills
• PowerPoint guru
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO

We are looking for an outstanding individual with superior management and problem solving skills to become a key member of a small, but very productive management team. The Director of Client Services will be responsible for building and sustaining a high performance team of Account Managers, oversight and management of our wellness programs across our entire book of business, and be responsible for certain operational aspects of the business. Because we are a small company, the job is both hands-on and oversight. This means that the Director of Client Services may be expected to take on responsibilities that are outside of the standard job description as needed. Finally, the Director of Client Services must be a role model for our program and must motivate and energize clients and staff alike.
The Director of Client Services will:
• Lead and develop our team of Account Managers to deliver all highly effective wellness programs that achieve a high level of quality and client satisfaction. This team manages and implements all aspects of the wellness programs, including planning, communication, implementation, and administration.
• Prepare reports and analyses to evaluate results of programs, in relation to the programs’ purpose and goals, and use this data to make program improvement recommendations.
• Stay current on industry trends, practices, and standards in order to participate in the design and development of wellness-related products and programs.
• Establish, monitor, and enforce policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure consistent operations and compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws and regulations.
• Participate in the preparation of department budgets and monitor department expenses to ensure that financial goals are met.

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree a plus but not required in lieu of experience.
• Spanish fluency a plus.
