Job search recommendation for current students

Sharing in case this is not common knowledge...

Go to career fairs for minority and other special interest groups, even if you are not of that minority or group. Our recruiter just returned from a minority group career fair in St. Louis and said it was poorly attended. It was for engineering, so I don't know if that makes a difference v. business. He said people not in the groups would have time to talk with recruiters at fairs like that, so I'm passing it along.
