I am primarily interested in performing transactional work (corporate, securities, M&A, real estate, trusts & estates, etc.), but am willing to discuss other opportunities if they are available.

Currently admitted in PA and NJ
Eligible for admission by waiver in DC

I am comfortable working in the Washington, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, or New York areas as I have family and friends in all of these places.
