Schrage was fired on 6/14/10

That was 23 days after the 2010 season ended, and 15 days after the end of the Big East tournament (ND did not qualify). Schrage's final game as ND coach was a home loss to Louisville.

This year, 15 days after the ACC tournament would be 6/12, and 23 days after the end of ND's season would be 6/17. Barring a series of rainouts, ND's season finale will be against Louisville.

Swarbrick should've fired Aoki last year. If he doesn't do it this year, he's basically AWOL as far as baseball is concerned.

How long after that was Aoki named? *

Suggesting Swarbrick knew he had to fire Schrage, but had no clue what to do next, and was grab-bagging. The results bear that out.
