Gumpf should announce staff changes and start the interview process at Oklahoma City.

She must shake up her staff. Yes, all her assistants are wonderful people but doing the same thing year after year with the same results is insane. She must start by finding an outstanding pitching coach that can recruit pitchers.

I am sure Swarbrick has discussed this her, right?




My guess is Swarbrick is happy with the status quo.
