administrative costs. EVERYBODY had to justify their job. It pissed a lot of people off but it had to be done. The two prior Presidents couldn't balance a checkbook if they had to. I believe student debt has decreased 30 percent since 2012.


UW system has a 5-yr freeze and Walker wants a 5% cut.

In Purdue's case, the president is driving it.
In Wisconsin's case, the governor is driving it.
