Even after both breathed for a couple hours, buta after they opened in the glass the SE got better. In the end the SE was better but the CA obviously a much better value given you can buy a case for the same as one bottle of SE. The Gargiulo needs more time. But also good. In the end, a great tasting event. Go Irish!
