Lost about ten pounds by eating less food more often and passing on desserts.
Started with a trainer in October. Have not lost overall weight, but decreased per cent body fat.
And as for breaking 80, I always break eighty. Sometimes from the bottom up, sometimes from the top down. It's a number I constantly flirt with.
