I, for the life of me, can't understand why people liked it....unless you're not really into Bond films.
It had a very simplistic story...and yeah, sure, it introduced Moneypenny, Q and M, but how did they go from Bond being a rookie "00" in Casino Royale to the "old man" in Skyfall? And is it me, am I only one that was surprised they completely abandoned the "Quantum" syndicate storyline.
Its like they completely decided to quit exploring the psychological weakness of Bond and said "screw it, let's just make him a superhuman superhero who can survive a 50 story fall from a bridge with a gunshot wound and swim for several minutes in freezing cold water without coming up for air"
