It is very similar in size to the Ruger LC9. It also takes a 7 round mag and is chambered for 9mm. They are very similar guns, but personally I prefer the feel and balance of the Kahr to the Ruger. Also, the action on the Kahr is very similar to the Glock with which you are already familiar.
