If you had the choice to do one of the following:

either:

1. Madrid (and surroundings) and Andaluzia (Sevilla, Cordoba etc)

or

2. Madrid & Barcelona & Basque Country (Bilbao/San Sebastian)

Which one of the above is the right choice.

Will be driving a car.

Purpose: to eat, drink and relax
