It's a document of the Alive/Naturalsound roster bands who performed at the Bayport, MN Deep Blues Festival in summer 2012. Apparently this was a very large summer festival, and Alive was kind enough to record a couple of songs each by seven of their bands and have the great Jim Diamond (Ghetto Recorders, Detroit) assemble it into an album.
