Clematis will be your best bet. Rocco's Tacos has a lively crowd and decent Mexican Food. Bradley's at the end of Clematis and overlooking the water is a good spot. Drinks are expensive but it will be the most lively at that time of night. Food is decent.
If you want to go higher end, try the Palm Beach Grill across the bridge. It's a Houston's with a different name. Call now for a reservation. Bukan is more of a foodie place in Palm Beach and as a result more expensive. Again, call for a reservation now.
