That will never commit this kind of act. Humans have violence in our nature rooted back from our survival of the fittest days. Its in all of us, but most of us have been civilized and avoid this. The world is getting more peaceful by the day - violence is basically at its lowest level in the history of our species.
To me a lot of it is just probabilities. Billions of people on this earth and a few go wrong. It is no reason to give up on humanity when billions are doing good and far outnumbering those who do bad.
