Sarah Dalton, who has spent the last four years as Christine Halfpenny's leading assistant and de facto Offensive Coordinator, got the Head Coaching Job at University of Vermont. She's from Vermont so this is a homecoming, as well. Congrats to her and tip of the hat to Coach Halfpenny for a first HC coaching limb, so to speak.

She and Halfpenny have created a nice motion offense with a lot of passing. (Of course, it helps immensely to have Cortney Fortunatio orchestrating it). They've been a good team.
Will be interesting to see who comes aboard to succeed her...Maggie Tamastis, who I think is still ND's assist leader, is in the coaching biz and has put in 4 years at Rutgers before moving to Amherst to be the recruiting coordinator and work on the offense. Stay tuned.
Maggie Tamastis
